Iconic Labs PLC (LON:ICON) said it appointed Brad Taylor to the board as its new chief executive and that former CEO Sarah Dees has stepped down from the role with immediate effect.
The media and technology firm said Taylor has “a wealth of experience at the executive and board levels with public and private companies, and brings managerial, restructuring, financial, and legal expertise” to the group.

Prior to joining Iconic Labs, Taylor previously worked as the general counsel and member of the executive committee of Orco Property Group and has also started and managed numerous companies and real estate projects working with Ott Ventures.
Stephen Birrell has stepped down as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect, the company added.
"I want to thank Sarah Dees for her work these past few weeks and in facilitating my transition to Iconic Labs. I am delighted to be joining the company. There is plenty of work to be done with the new board and I look forward to getting started immediately", Taylor said in a statement.
