Lithium Australia NL's (ASX:LIT) (FRA:3MW) Adrian Griffin talks Proactive's Andrew Scott through an acquisition and joint venture agreement they've entered into with Galan Lithium Ltd (ASX:GLN) (FRA:9CH) for the sale of its 80% interest in the Greenbushes South lithium project. He says partnering with dedicated explorer Galan will drive the project forward as well as reduce the company's financial commitment and exploration risks.
