Remote Monitored Systems shares jump, possibly in anticipation of mask news

The company put out a statement to say “it is not aware of any new developments which may be driving the increase”

Remote Monitored Systems PLC (LON:RMS) shares shot up by over a third on Thursday morning but the company said it had nothing new to report.

After the shares jumped over 35% to 3.3p in morning trading the company put out a statement to say “it is not aware of any new developments which may be driving the increase”.

The AIM-listed outfit said on Tuesday this week that a face mask manufacturing machine was on course to arrive at its subsidiary Pharm 2 Farm Limited (P2F), having been dispatched from Spain on Monday.

Also, RMS previously announced that a general meeting will soon be convened in order for shareholders to consider the issue of warrants in relation to the placing revealed in December.
