Intertek Group PLC (LON:ITRK) said its chairman Sir David Reid is to retire as a non-executive director of the quality assurance group at the end of 2020.
He will be succeeded as chairman by Andrew Martin, who is currently a non-executive director of the group.
Martin is also currently the non-executive chairman of recruitment firm Hays PLC (LON:HAS) and a non-executive director of the John Lewis Partnership.
