Intertek Group PLC (LON:ITRK) has poached its new chief financial officer from Cilit Bang maker Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (LON:RB).
Jonathan Timmis is taking over from Ross McCluskey, who is moving to an operational role with the testing specialist.

Timmis previously held senior finance roles with brewer SAB Miller, after starting at professional services firm PWC.
“Ross has been an outstanding finance leader and during his time as CFO, we have significantly strengthened our organisational capability as well as our cost, cash, control and performance management processes throughout our global finance function,” said chief executive Andre Lacroix in a statement.
“I am convinced that his decision to move into a line role will be very rewarding and I am excited to partner with him on his new chapter.”
Shares shed 1% to 6,390p early on Monday.
