Synnovia PLC announced that it has signed new committed banking arrangements with Barclays, with a maximum draw down of £25.3mln, and a final maturity date of June 2023. The group said they have been structured by means of a senior term loan, together with invoice discounting, asset finance and export finance facilities, and an overdraft. The group – formerly known as Plastics Capital - added that the new arrangements will replace those existing with Barclays that were due to mature in June 2021.
