Alba Mineral Resources plc (LON:ALBA) highlighted that well operations had resumed at the Brockham oil project after operator Angus Energy Plc (LON:ANGS) released a broader investor update earlier today.
Angus, in its announcement, stated that the commercial flow test programme resumed at the Brockham on January 4.

It also informed investors that perforations were made in the well to access the reservoir and that a standard stimulation programme (like those used at the nearby Horse Hill project) is in progress to bring the well into production.
An analytical update on Brockham’s Kimmeridge layers, the well’s primary target, is expected “in due course”, Angus said.
Alba owns a 5% interest in Brockham and an 11.765% interest in Horse Hill.
