Mobile advertising group Taptica International Ltd (LON:TAP) has entered into preliminary discussions with an unnamed potential acquisition target. No further details were given in the brief statement but Taptica said it will make another announcement “in due course”.

Sareum Holdings Plc (LON:SAR) saw its shares soar higher on Thursday as analysts at Hybridan spotlighted a read-across from the launch of big pharma takeover deal in the US. The small cap broker’s analysts noted that Bristol-Myers Squibb has agreed to acquire Celgene for US$74bn, with the combined entity to have six expected near-term product launches.
Anglo African Oil & Gas PLC (LON:AAOG) told investors that it has now reinstated production from the TLP-101 well at the Tilapia field, meanwhile operations on the new TLP-103 well continue. The company explained that TLP-101 had been producing around 30 barrels of oil per day before the TLP-103 programme got underway, but, production had to be paused due to the proximity of the gas flare to drilling apparatus.
Bango plc (LON:BGO), the mobile commerce company, announced that on 1 January 2019 Nancy Cruickshank joined the board as an Independent non-executive director, to guide and support the expected rapid growth of Bango as it starts to exploit its data monetization technology and relationships. The group also confirmed that Carolyn Rand has now been appointed to the board as permanent chief financial officer, effective from 1 January 2019.
Cabot Energy PLC (LON:CAB) has confirmed that its deal to acquire the Civita asset in Italy from Rockhopper Exploration Plc (LON:RKH) will not proceed. Cabot told investors that the deal had been conditional upon Italian regulatory approval which was not obtained.
Avation PLC (LON:AVAP) has exercised an option to acquire new aircraft from manufacturer ATR, with deliveries scheduled between 2020 and 2022. The passenger aircraft leasing firm said the eight ATR 72-600 planes would extend its order book and firm delivery horizon, with business growth in regional turboprops now continuing out to 2022.
Primary Health Properties PLC (LON:PHP) announced the payment of its first quarterly interim dividend in 2019 of 1.4p per ordinary share. The company said the dividend would comprise a property income distribution (PID) of 0.75p per share, and an ordinary dividend of 0.65p per share. It also said it would be offering a scrip alternative with the dividend.
Vast Resources PLC (LON:VAST) said it was notified yesterday that on 2 January 2019, its chief executive, Andrew Prelea purchased 5mln ordinary shares in the company at a price of 0.2835p each. Following this purchase, the group added, Prelea’s total beneficial ownership in the company is 31,772,069 ordinary shares, which represents approximately 0.55% of the issued share capital.
Hurricane Energy PLC (LON:HUR) announced that Sandy Shaw has been appointed as non-executive director of the company with immediate effect. The group noted that Shaw has over thirty-five years of experience in the oil and gas industry, focused on legal and commercial roles. It added that from 2008 until its takeover in 2013, she was executive director Corporate & Commercial, and company secretary of Valiant Petroleum, a company of which she was a founder and non-executive director.
Grit Real Estate Inc (LON:GR1T) has advised that its chief executive officer, Bronwyn Anne Corbett is in the process of restructuring her shareholding in Grit. Accordingly, it added, Corbett sold 600 000 Grit shares, representing 0.1958% of the total issued shares, of which she is the direct beneficial holder to her associate, Copapax Proprietary Limited, which is 100% held by The Corbett Family Trust of which she is the ultimate beneficiary.
