Accordingly, the company confirmed that the last day of dealings on AIM will be 29 October 2018 and that the delisting will become effective at 7.00 am on 30 October 2018.

Live Company Group Plc LON:LVCG) today announced the completion of its acquisition of Bright Bricks Holdings Limited following payment of the £2.167mln cash consideration and issue of 8,461,536 new ordinary shares to the vendors. The group also confirmed that it has entered into an agreement for the provision of a £1,000,000 loan facility arranged by Riverfort Global Capital, which may be used for general working capital purposes, although the company said it has no current intention of drawing down on the facility.
