Cannabis investment vehicle Sativa Investments PLC (AQSE:SATI) is moving into Germany as it looks to exploit the growing demand for cannabinoid products in the country.

Westminster Group PLC (LON:WSG) said it had made significant progress with its Iran airport contract and remains committed to starting it as soon as possible.

Savannah Resources Plc (LON:SAV) has submitted an application for an additional mining lease in Mozambique while also reporting a narrowed loss in its half-year results.

The Marketing Group PLC (NASDAQ OMX:RYVL) has announced that Adam Graham, currently its chief executive officer has assumed the responsibilities of executive chairman with immediate effect. Graham’s step up comes as the company announced that non-executive chairman, Don Elgie together with two other non-executive directors – Glen Fraser, Martin Blair - have all resigned from its board to pursue their other business interests.

Non-executive chairman Paolo Dal Pino has become executive chairman of Telit Communications Plc (LON:TCM) following the departure of the chief executive officer, Yosi Fait.

InnovaDerma (LON:IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announced that it was notified on 20 and 21 September 2018, that its executive chairman, Haris Chaudhry sold 1mln ordinary shares in the company at an average price of 1,506p each. Following the Sale, the group added, Chaudhry has an interest in, including that of the persons closely associated with him, of around 4.03mln ordinary shares representing 27.8%% of the company’s issued share capital.

Avacta Group Plc (LON:AVCT), the developer of Affimer biotherapeutics and reagents, has announced that its CEO, Alastair Smith, CEO will be presenting at an investor evening hosted by Turner Pope Investments to be held on 1 October.
