Churchill China PLC (LON:CHH) saw its shares jump in early morning trading Wednesday after it upgraded its trading expectations for the full year.
The AIM-listed pottery manufacturer said in a trading update that it had achieved “better than expected” growth levels in Europe in the first six months of the financial year following investments in market and product development.

As a result, the company said it now anticipated that its performance for the full year would be ahead of its earlier expectations.
Churchill will release its interim results on 30 August 2018.
Shares were up 10.4% at 1,082.5p.
