BlueRock Diamonds PLC (LON:BRD) said it has resumed production at its Kareevlei diamond mine after rectifying an earlier fault to its cone crusher.
The AIM-listed diamond miner said it had agreed rental terms on a replacement crusher and has an option on a long-term hire at de minimis rates while the fault in its own cone crusher had been identified and was being assessed.

BlueRock added that the changes made to the crushing circuit will positively impact the plant's performance by improving throughput rates.
The company previously said on 11 June that it had commenced work to rectify the fault in the cone crusher within the crushing circuit, which had been affecting throughput at the Kareevlei mine in South Africa.
In mid-afternoon trading, Bluerock shares were up 2% at 1.25p.
