Amphion Innovations Plc (LON:AMP), the developer of medical, life science, and technology businesses, has received £133,173 through the conversion of promissory notes. The company issued 1.66mln shares, representing 0.8% of the enlarged share capital, to the loan note holder. The notes were converted at a price of 8p per share, prompting market makers to bump up the Amphion share price from 1.37p overnight to 1.85p.

Mporium Group PLC (LON:MPM) technology-led digital agency, Fast Web Media (FWM), has bagged a seven-figure contract - its largest ever contract win - with a FTSE 100 company.

Specialist bank PCF Group Plc (LON:PCF) kept up its record of springing pleasant surprises, releasing full-year results that were ahead of expectations.

Collagen Solutions PLC (LON:COS) it had made good progress in the first half “advancing and improving” its sales pipeline. The supplier, developer and manufacturer of medical-grade collagen and tissue components said it closed eight new deals compared with two in the same period last year.

BB Healthcare Trust PLC (LON:BBH) has detailed its dividend policy, with the company anticipating a higher pay-out for 2018. It paid out 1.75p per share as an interim dividend earlier this year, and a further 1.75p final dividend is due for the year ended 30 November. Next year, the company is targeting a total pay-out of 4p per share – with a 2p per share interim payment earmarked for July.

Avation PLC (LON:AVAP) has delivered the second of three ATR 72-600 aircraft to Mandarin Airlines under leases agreed earlier this year. The commercial passenger aircraft leasing company will deliver the third aircraft to the airline, a subsidiary of Taiwan's flag carrier China Airlines, before the end of the year. The leases, announced on July 19, are at market rates and will last for eight years.

Mosman Oil And Gas Limited (LON:MSMN) told investors it has now started a study to determine the economics of drilling horizontal wells at the Welch project, where work in recent months has so far focused on workovers and production optimisation. Seven wells have been worked over since the programme began in October, and for the month of November oil sales amounted to 689 barrels (in October the figure was 843).

Metal Tiger PLC (LON:MTR) is urging shareholders of Kingsgate Consolidated (ASX:KCN) to replace five directors in an upcoming extraordinary meeting. Metal Tiger argues that the strategy of the current board is not in the best interests of shareholders, as Kingsgate is mired in litigation and burning cash. Metal Tiger holds 6.7% of Kingsgate.

Rainbow Rare Earths Limited (LON:RBW) has mined and shipped its first concentrate from the Gakara mine in Burundi. The company is now the highest grade producer of rare earths in the world, and the only producer with an asset in Africa. The plan is to ramp up to production of 5,000 tonnes per year.
