A look at the biggest London-listed risers and fallers today

Havelock Europa shares continue to be under pressure, down 12.0% to 13.20p, after reporting a drop in full year revenue.

2.55pm... Clinigen Group shares higher

Clinigen Group PLC (CLIN) shares are up 3.20% to 839.0p after saying it has teamed up with French group Onxeo to make T-cell treatment belinostat (Beleodaq) available in Europe on a managed access basis.

Idis, Clinigen’s managed access arm will distribute belinostat on a need basis for patients suffering relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), a rare type of blood cancer. Belinostat was granted approval in the US in 2014, but is not yet approved in Europe.

11.32am... Botswana Diamonds gains, Imaginatik slips

Botswana Diamonds plc (LON:BOD) shares sparkled after saying its joint venture, Sunland Minerals Pty Ltd, has been awarded six new prospecting licenses in Botswana.

The licences, which include four in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and two in the Orapa kimberlite province, were issued for three years ending 30 March.

Shares surged 19.33% to 1.79p.

Imaginatik Plc (LON:IMTK) shares fell 11.11% to 2.0p after saying it expected to report a full year loss and flat revenue. The company, which provides consulting and software services, said its results were hit by a stronger US dollar.

09.10am...Sepura rallies on Hytera takeover news

Shares in walkie-talkie maker Sepura plc (LON:SEPU) shot higher after saying it no longer needs approval from Spanish competition authorities for a proposed takeover by Chinese company Hytera Communications. Shares jumped 16.71% to 13.13p.

The National Markets and Competition Commission in Spain has ended its review of the deal after concluding that it “does not meet the thresholds for notification”. Last month the company announced it had withdrawn its filing for competition approval in Germany. Sepura said it was clear that its revenue for the year ended March 31 would be below the relevant threshold for the takeover to be a "notifiable transaction" and therefore no longer needed competition clearance in the country.

RedstoneConnect plc (LON:REDS) rallied as it swung to a full year profit as revenue rose on the back of expansion. The provider of technology and services for smart buildings and commercial space reported a pre-tax profit from continuing operations of £1.2mln in the year to 31 January, compared to a loss of £0.8mln the previous year. Revenue rose to £41.5mln from £40.1mln. During the period the company integrated recently acquired Connect IB and Commensus, adding owned software IP and extending service capabilities. Shares were up 6.56% to 1.70p.

On the downside, data security company Blancco Technology Group plc (LON:BLTG) slumped after saying it is in talks with banks and shareholders about filling a funding shortfall. A review of its cash flow forecasts showed pressure on cash available for the fourth quarter due to costs associated with acquisitions, earn-outs, advisor fees and contract delays. Shares plunged 26.52% to 158.72p in morning trading.

Havelock Europa plc (LON:HVE), which supplies furniture and interiors for the education, healthcare and commercial sectors, was also on the back foot after reporting a drop in full year revenue. The company said revenue fell to £60.8mln in 2016 from £70.3mln the prior year, after a major customer decided to reduce its spend on refurbishment and development. Havelock also said project delays in the public sector will see 2017 results being heavily weighted to the second half the year. Shares dropped 15.25% to 12.71p.
