Levrett PLC (LON:LVRT) up 64% to 3.5p. Shares were suspended at this price company said it was poised to acquire Nuformix a cocrystal technology business. Deal will be a reverse takeover.
Eco Animal Health PLC (LON:ECO) up 19% to 523p. “Trading this year has started well and the first five months saw sales significantly ahead of the same period last year,” the animal antibiotics group said at the AGM. Sterling’s dip will also give a currency boost.
FALLERS
Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC (LON:RDT), down 8% to 9.7p. Revenues increased by 37% in the year to April but still posted a loss before tax of £2.7mln.
Royal Bank of Scotland PLC (LON:RBS) down 5% at 185.4p. State-owned bank slides as sector peer Deutsche Bank faces a whopping US$14bn (£10.6bn) settlement claim from the US after an investigation into mortgage-backed securities.
Debenhams plc (LON:DEB), down 4% to 56.5p. Investors uncertain of the retail sector following Next’s admission on Thursday that trading has remained “challenging and volatile”.

Paternoster Resources PLC (LON:PRS) up 15% to 0.18p. Property company’s net asset value per share rose 15% in half year to June, while cash and listed investments represented 195% of market cap at period end.
Avanti Communications PLC (LON:AVN) up 8% to 34p. Satellite group said it was continuing discussions with potential buyers after a strategic review of its business plan and financial position. It announced a two-phase funding strategy Friday morning in order to address a “short term liquidity need”.
Braveheart Investment Group PLC (LON:BRH) up 6% at 15.4p. Investment company has banked a profit of £271,000 after completing of the sale of its stakes in headset lighting group mLed.
FALLERS
Edenville Energy PLC (LON:EDL) down 12% to 0.5p. The Tanzanian coal and power plant developer company is awaiting the roll out of further policy initiatives by the government and state power company Tanesco.
Acacia Mining PLC (LON:ACA) down 9% to 454p. Gold miner reports problems at its Bulyanhulu mine, where after maintenance it has not been able to run the plant consistently due to repeated overheating of the ball mill trunnion bearing.

Intercede Group PLC (LON:IGP) down 33% to 61p. A slow start to the current financial year, with delays as well in the receipt of anticipated MyID licence orders from both new and existing customers. Consequently, trading for the year to date is below expectations and the prior year.
Hydrodec PLC (LON:HYR) down 13% at 2.63p. Clean tech fuel group cut interim losses significantly but still posted a US$5.3mln deficit.
