Tlou Energy (ASX: TOU) continues to de-water the Selemo and Lesedi Pods at its Lesedi coal seam gas project in Botswana.
Water production to date has been consistent and suggest that both pods will be good future gas producers.
To assist with the dewatering process, the pumps in each pod will be upgraded to accommodate the larger volumes.
The company has also started working on gas marketing agreements with potential off-takers in anticipation of potentially commercial gas flows.
Three core wells will be drilled in the first quarter of 2014 as part of its 2014 drilling program.
