Anglesey Mining plc (LON:AYM) said Roger Turner had resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Thanking him and wishing him well, the firm noted Turner had been a director for over a decade.
In other news, Amphion Innovations Plc (LON:AMP), the medical and tech investment firm, has a new chairman after the appointment of experienced executive Richard Mansell-Jones was approved at the AGM.
He will be chairman and director, while Paul Kennedy was hired as a non-executive director also with immediate effect, the company said.
Next, Haydale Graphene (LON: HAYD), the graphene and materials group, said Dr Chris Spacie is stepping down from the PLC board to focus on his role as technical director of of Haydale Limited based in Ammanford, Wales.
Elsewhere, ITM Power plc (LON:ITM) is seeing more customer interest currently for its hydrogen power storage and fuel products than at any time previously.

The group has agreed to acquire certain assets of Tarco Limited plus the entire issued share capital of Netboost Media Limited (a marketing business that services the Tarco Assets) for up to £40.2mln, and the entire issued share capital of 8Ball Games Limited for up to £30mln.
Meanwhile, Avation PLC (LON:AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, has purchased and delivered a spanking new Airbus A321-200 aircraft to Vietjet.
This aircraft is the second in a series of new A321 deliveries direct from the Airbus production facility in Hamburg, Germany.
