Vislink PLC (LON:VLK), up 20% to 2.12p. A stock market statement, released after Tuesday’s market close, revealed that Kestrel Partners LLP had acquired an 8% stake in the business.
Blancco Technology Group PLC (LON:BLTG), up 16% to 218.5p. The mobile device technology group reported a continuation of ‘positive momentum’ through the second half of its year. Revenues for the full year, ended June 30, increased by about 49%, it told investors.
Fallers
Carclo Plc (LON:CAR), down 5.8% to 141p. The company this afternoon announced details of performance share awards to the management team.
ITV Plc (LON:ITV), down 3% at 185.1p. The terrestrial broadcaster gave back some of its recent gains, which followed news of its deal to UTV to Virgin.

RISERS
Bango PLC (LON:BGO) up 30% to 75.8p. Company commented yesterday it might benefit indirectly from success of Pokemon Go.
Sabien Technology PLC (LON:SNT) up 13% to 4.5p. Chief executive Alan O'Brien told the general meeting that the sales pipeline now stands at £12.5mln against£11.4mln on June 2. Orders of £111,000 have been received since July 1 this year and will be recognised as sales revenue in the current financial year, he said.
Speedy Hire Plc (LON:SDY) up 10% to 34.5p. Tool hire company said it has enjoyed a positive start to the year with revenues in the first quarter ended June slightly ahead of the comparable period.
FALLERS
GW Pharmaceuticals PLC (LON:GWP) down 5% to 580p. Pain releif company outlines plans to raise US$252mln from US investors. It is doing so via the issue of American depositary Shares that will be listed on NASDAQ. The stock is being offer at US$90, a modest discount to last night’s closing price of US$97.
Rare Earth Minerals plc (LON:REM) down 5% to 0.46p. Lithium group reports 15.5% owned Australian associate has farmed out its Ravensthorpe prospect to a Canadian company
Berkeley Group Holdings PLC (LON:BKG) down 2.5% to 2,625p Housebuilders under a bit of pressure after Barratt Developments’ update today.

Poundland PLC (LON:PLND) up 13% to 221p. Discount retailer agrees to 220p per share cash offer from Steinhoff that values the group at just under £600mln.
Berkeley Energia (LON:BKY) up 13% to 42.4p. Shares are suspended in Australia pending the publication of a definitive feasibility study for its Salamanca uranium project.
FALLERS
STM Group Plc (LON:STM) down 11% to 32.5p. First half profits will be lower than last time at £1.2mln due to Brexit uncertainty, but pensions software group expects to see uplift towards the end of the year and into 2017.
RhythmOne PLC (LON:RTHM) down 7% to 30p. The former Blinkx group eases back after strong gains yesterday following a better than expected trading update.
Barratt Developments PLC (LON:BDEV) down 4% to 397p. Cautious tone about future overshadows strong results for year just ended at top housebuilder. Profits rose by 20%.
