Rosslyn Data Technologies (LON:RDT) has reshuffled its executive team to support its US and overseas operations.
Charlie Clark, current group chief executive, is moving to become head of the US operation to replace Jeff Sweetman who is stepping down as President USA and leaving the group.
Rosslyn said Clark had requested that he focus on the development opportunities presented by its global and US clients.
Roger Bullen, currently chief finance and operating officer, will become chief executive with Julie Painter continuing as group financial controller.
John O’Hara, chairman of the ‘big data’ software company, said that as chief executive Clark had taken the company from private to public and grown it by more than 40% year on year. His move would help ensure it is successful in the important and large US market.
He added that Bullen, who joined last year, had already made a significant impression on the business.
