Major share price risers and fallers in London at 4.30pm

Major share price movers at 4.30pm

RISERS

Tribal (LON:TRB) up 25% to 49.4p. Disposal of its Synergy children's services management information system business to Servelec for £20.25mln cash. Planned rights issue will be reduced to £21mln as a result. Business will now re-focus on software for education establishments.

Servelec (LON:SERV) up 8% to 343.6p. Buying Synergy business from Tribal.

Direct Line (LON:DLG) up 6% to 412p. Profits, dividends and premium all were higher in 2015. Underwriting profits were also better than the previous year.

FALLERS

Atlas Development Services (LON:ADSS) down 13% to 0.33p. Appoints engineer to help with the design of new glass bottling plant at Chancho in Ethiopia.

Fresnillo (LON:FRES) down 6% to 936p. Profits lower despite increase in revenues in 2015 for Mexican gold and silver miner.

Galileo Resources (LON:GLR) down 6% to 1.25p. Raises £375,000 at 1p per share to pay deposit for Concordia copper property in South Africa.

RISERS

Onzima Ventures (LON:ONZ) up 76% to 0.97p. Acquires a 49% stake in N4 Pharma, a specialist in re-working existing drugs. Its lead product is a fast acting version of Viagra.

Greggs (LON:GRG) up 15% to 1,195p. Dividend goes up by 30%, underlying profits by 25%. Some bakery closures on the way.

London Stock Exchange (LON:LSE) up 8% to 2,904p. NYSE owner ICE confirms interest in making a rival offer to the Deutsche Boerse merger proposal.

FALLERS

AFC Energy (LON:AFC) down 15% to 17.9p. Industrial fuel cells sets out milestones and goals for 2016, which includes a 1Mw capacity system.

Ocado Group (LON:OCDO) down 4% to 249p. Profit taking after deal with Morrison’s yesterday to supply areas of UK where the supermarket does not yet deliver.

Just Eat (LON:JE.) down 3% to 373p. Takeway app group reported sales up 57% and underlying earnings 83% better, but fears over growing competition clipped shares.

RISERS

STM Group (LON:STM) up 19% to 58.8p. Annual earnings doubled, dividend of 0.9p and all debt to be paid off in March. There was also a bullish update alongside the strong annual results on prospects for pensions administration.

Rotork (LON:ROR) up 16% to 184.7p. Engineer raises dividend despite tough conditions in oil and gas valves market. Annual profits fell by 24%.

UK Oil & Gas (LON:UKOG) up 14% to 2.88p. More good news from flow tests at Horse Hill well near Gatwick. Upper Kimmeridge zone, the second of three zones to be tested, flowed oil to surface at a rate in excess of 900 barrels per day.

FALLERS

Premier African Minerals (LON:PREM) down 14% at 0.562p. A funding to raise £500,000 at 0.5p is the last call it will make on shareholders before RHA tungsten mine in Zimbabwe starts to generate cash.

Ashtead (LON:AHT) down 14% to 791p. Tool hire group under pressure in spite of good looking third quarter statement with 20% earnings growth and confirmation it will hit full year estimates.

Barclays (LON:BARC) down 10% to 154.9p. Losses, dividend cut, split into two banks, retail and corporate, while African business is on way out.
