Ondine Biomedical Inc (AIM:OBI, OTC:OBIMF) rose 5% to 11.50p after its phase III LANTERN trial met the primary efficacy target for reducing surgical site infections.

The biotech's LANTERN trial met its prespecified primary efficacy endpoint, with the main analysis estimating a 41% reduction in surgical site infection risk within 30 days.

Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd (TSX-V:RECO, OTCQX:RECAF, FRA:0XD) said it plans to use proceeds from its newly closed C$21.85 million bought-deal offering to fund an open-hole horizontal sidetrack and production testing program targeting Namibia's Huttenberg and Elandshoek formations.

The company sold nearly 30 million units at C$0.73 per unit, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option. Each unit consists of one common share and half of one warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.93 until September 2029.

Medicus Pharma (NASDAQ:MDCX) said a completed Phase 2 study of its SkinJect therapy showed all 90 enrolled patients finished treatment without discontinuations, data the company says will guide its next-stage registrational trial in a rare genetic skin cancer syndrome.

The randomized, double-blind, multicenter trial enrolled patients across 10 US investigative sites, comparing two dose levels of SkinJect against a device-only microneedle comparator.

TNR Gold Corp (TSX-V:TNR, FRA:TNW, OTC:TRRXF) said Thursday that McEwen Copper Inc. has closed a $240 million senior secured four-year term loan to advance the Los Azules copper, gold and silver project in San Juan, Argentina, a project on which TNR holds a 0.4% net smelter returns royalty.

McEwen Copper, a subsidiary of McEwen Inc, will use the loan proceeds to continue advancing engineering and early works at Los Azules, as well as for general corporate purposes.

1911 Gold Corp (TSX-V:AUMB, OTCQB:AUMBF, FRA:2KY) reported assay results Thursday from an underground drill program at the True North Gold Project in southeast Manitoba, confirming a link between the L10 Zone and the larger 710-711 Zone.

The results are from eight diamond drill holes totaling 2,955 metres, drilled from Level 16 to test extensions of the L10 vein system and confirm its connection to the 710-711 vein system, an area the company calls the "L10/710-711 Complex Link."

Grey Matters Health (CSE:GREY, OTCQB:AGNPD, FRA:AGW0) said it will use proceeds from the first tranche of its private placement to advance its Alzheimer's Disease program toward the opening of a US brain-specific neuroimaging clinic, along with general and administrative expenses and working capital.

The Canadian healthcare company closed the first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of C$600,000.

Purepoint Uranium Group Inc (TSX-V:PTU, OTCQX:PTUUF, FRA:P5X0) reported assay results from its 2026 winter drill program at the Nova Target on the Dorado Joint Venture with IsoEnergy led by a high-grade intercept in hole NV26-05, which returned 1.65% U₃O₈ over 0.3 metres from 390.4 metres at the unconformity.

The nine-hole winter program intersected uranium mineralization across multiple holes along the Nova electromagnetic conductor, giving the company additional geologic and structural control for future targeting.

HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd (TSX:HIVE, NASDAQ:HIVE, FRA:YO0, BVC:HIVECO) has appointed Mark Volk as senior vice president, revenue at its subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing, as the company said combined revenue from hashrate services and GPU cloud services has surpassed $1 million per day.

In the new role, Volk will lead BUZZ HPC's global go-to-market strategy across enterprise, government, sovereign AI, hyperscale, research and academic markets, overseeing commercialization of the company's GPU-powered AI infrastructure, including sovereign AI cloud, GPU-as-a-Service, colocation and hybrid AI solutions.

Sintana Energy Inc (TSX-V:SEI, OTCQB:SEUSF, FRA:3ZX1, AIM:SEI) has signed definitive agreements for its proposed entry into Angola’s Block KON-16, securing an indirect 5% participating interest as the partners work towards a pre-salt exploration well in 2027.

The company will pay US$2.5 million for the interest, including US$500,000 already paid to Corcel PLC (AIM:CRCL, FRA:RM4B) and a further US$2 million due on completion.

Ilika PLC (AIM:IKA, OTCQX:ILIKF, FRA:I8A), the UK developer of solid-state battery technology, said it had successfully completed its grant-supported PRIMED programme to improve the performance of its Goliath 10Ah battery prototypes.

The project drew interest from a UK defence agency, which gave positive feedback on the battlefield resilience of the Goliath cells, opening what the company described as ongoing commercial opportunities.

American Rare Earths Ltd (ASX:ARR, OTCQX:ARRNF) has appointed minerals processing specialist Dr Sanja Miskovic as chief technical advisor to support feasibility work and process optimisation at its Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project in Wyoming.

Effective immediately, Dr Miskovic will guide flowsheet development, beneficiation, hydrometallurgical recovery and scale-up activities aimed at supporting production of separated rare earth oxides in Wyoming.
