Digital asset exchange-traded products staged their strongest rebound of the year in August, with global assets under management climbing 27.2% to $138.2 billion, according to analysis from Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ).

The increase, up from $108.7 billion at the end of July, marked the sharpest monthly gain recorded in 2026 and pushed AUM to its highest level since January, said Matteo Greco, senior analyst at Fineqia.

Fox Tungsten Ltd (TSX-V:FOXT, OTC:HPYCF, FRA:1HC) said it received an exemption from British Columbia's Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship authorizing construction of an access trail through a Wildlife Habitat Area to its Fox Tungsten Project in south-central British Columbia.

The company also received authorizations from the British Columbia Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals for the trail's construction and extended its Fox Multi-Year Area Based permit through March 2031.

TNR Gold Corp (TSX-V:TNR, FRA:TNW, OTC:TRRXF) urged shareholders to reject a dissident bid by shareholder Jon Christian Evensen, known as "Koala," calling on them to back the company's blue proxy nominees ahead of a vote that will decide whether he gains control of the company.

The certification confirms that Miivo’s controls continued to operate effectively during the audit period. The assessment reviewed the company’s systems, policies and procedures against the Trust Services Criteria established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Fiinu (AIM: BANK), the UK fintech group, rose over 6% to 4p on Friday after its Plugin Overdraft platform moved into production ahead of a planned year-end launch.

The move followed an agreement with Conister Bank, the Isle of Man lender, to update arrangements governing the implementation and commercialisation of Fiinu’s overdraft technology.

Premier African Minerals Ltd (AIM:PREM, OTC:PRMMF) shares dropped more than 27% to 0.1p on Friday after the company outlined plans to seek authority to issue tens of billions of new shares as it looks to fund the Zulu lithium project and strengthen its balance sheet.

Premier called a general meeting for 23 September, where shareholders will vote on proposals including authority to issue up to 58.63 billion ordinary shares to support the operational and funding plan for its Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project in Zimbabwe.

Metals One PLC (AIM:MET1, FRA:HT7, OTCQB:MTOPF), the critical and precious metals developer focused on gold and uranium, has secured £4 million in gross funding from YA II PN, a fund managed by Yorkville Advisors Global.

Yorkville and its affiliates are barred from holding short positions in Metals One shares while the note remains outstanding, and cannot own more than 9.99% of the company's share capital through warrant exercises.

Andromeda Metals Ltd (ASX:ADN, OTC:ANDMF) has raised $3.04 million before costs through a share purchase plan (SPP) and share placement, with proceeds to support development of its High Purity Alumina (HPA) Project.

The company raised $2.94 million through the SPP, which attracted participation from 342 eligible shareholders, alongside a further $102,000 placement to non-related parties.
