FuelCell Energy (NASDAQ:FCEL) reported a steeper third-quarter loss on Wednesday, as inventory and purchase-commitment charges tied to a new data center power agreement pushed costs above what the deal currently pays.

Revenue fell 29% year-over-year to $33 million, missing analyst estimates of $41.3 million, while adjusted loss per share came in at $0.64, wider than the $0.41 loss expected.

MongoDB Inc (NASDAQ:MDB) reported stronger-than-expected second-quarter fiscal 2027 results on Tuesday, with revenue and adjusted earnings exceeding analyst estimates as the database software company continued to expand its cloud business.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $771.8 million, up 30% from $591.0 million a year earlier and above estimates ranging from $733.6 million to $735 million.

Midnight Sun Mining Corp (TSX-V:MMA, OTCQB:MDNGF) has begun a Phase Two exploration program at its Dumbwa copper deposit in Zambia, the company said, shifting from broad systematic drilling to a more targeted strategy aimed at expanding higher-grade mineralization.

The new phase builds on Phase One, which saw nearly 75,000 metres of drilling across the initial 11.5 kilometres of the roughly 20 kilometre Dumbwa copper-in-soil anomaly. That work identified four areas of more intense copper mineralization within the broader corridor and generated an extensive geological, geochemical and geophysical dataset.

St George Mining Ltd (ASX:SGQ, FRA:S0G, OTC:SGQMF) has started pilot plant beneficiation test work on material from its 100%-owned Araxá Niobium and Rare Earths Project in Brazil, advancing work towards a processing flowsheet capable of producing both niobium and rare earth products.

The program at the CIT-SENAI facility in Belo Horizonte is using about nine tonnes of near-surface saprolite material and is expected to run for four to six weeks, with results anticipated during the fourth quarter of 2026.
