CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CRWD) shares jumped nearly 12% after the bell as the cybersecurity firm posted record quarterly results and raised its full-year outlook.

The company reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.47 billion, up 26% year-over-year and above analyst estimates of $1.44 billion. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.31, topping estimates of $0.29 and marking 35% growth from a year earlier.

HP Inc (NYSE:HPQ) reported third-quarter revenue and profit that beat analyst estimates and raised its full-year forecast, but shares fell 10.5% as investors weighed the results against expectations.

The personal computer and printer maker posted revenue of $15.7 billion for the quarter, up 12.5% from a year earlier and above the $14.38 billion analysts had estimated.

SAP (NYSE:SAP) faces a slower path to monetizing artificial intelligence, according to UBS, which downgraded the German software giant to Neutral from Buy on concerns that agentic AI is reaching customers too slowly.

The Swiss bank said SAP remains a dominant system of record with a deep moat around its core enterprise resource planning business, but the pace of "out-of-the-box" AI agent delivery is lagging. SAP has rolled out just 17 such agents to date, with another 15 in ramp-up, leaving its target of 200 by year-end looking difficult to reach, UBS analysts wrote.

Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:META, XETRA:FB2A, SIX:FB) has agreed to pay up to $16.68 billion to settle claims from 29 US states that Instagram and Facebook harmed children, misled users about safety and improperly collected data from users under 13, according to court filings.

The settlement ends a federal trial in California and includes $2.2 billion payable to California alone, the filing showed. It avoids penalties the states had sought that could have reached roughly $200 billion, while Meta had estimated its worst-case exposure at up to $1.4 trillion.

J M Smucker Co (NYSE:SJM) raised its full-year profit and sales forecasts on Wednesday after first-quarter results topped Wall Street estimates, sending shares of the packaged foods maker up 3.4%.

The company posted adjusted earnings of $3.24 per share for its fiscal first quarter, far outpacing the $2.22 analysts had expected and marking a 71% jump from a year earlier. Revenue rose 5% to $2.2 billion, also ahead of the $2.13 billion consensus estimate.

The company reported adjusted earnings per diluted share of $4.17, compared with analyst estimates of roughly $1.99.

Williams-Sonoma (NYSE:WSM) reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 results above Wall Street expectations and raised its full-year outlook, as comparable brand revenue increased 6.2%.

The home furnishings retailer reported adjusted diluted earnings per share of $2.10, compared with analyst estimates of $2.05. Total revenue rose 6.7% to $1.96 billion, topping expectations of $1.91 billion.

Zoom Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:ZOOM), the US video conferencing company, delivered a quarter that beat Wall Street on both revenue and earnings, and the shares still fell around 5% in after-hours trading.

Revenue for the three months to July reached $1.28 billion, up 4.9% on a year earlier, while enterprise revenue rose 7.8% to $787.5 million.
