CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CRWD) shares jumped nearly 12% after the bell as the cybersecurity firm posted record quarterly results and raised its full-year outlook.
The company reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.47 billion, up 26% year-over-year and above analyst estimates of $1.44 billion. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.31, topping estimates of $0.29 and marking 35% growth from a year earlier.
Net new annual recurring revenue reached $333 million, up 51% year-over-year, while free cash flow rose 33% to $377.4 million. Total ARR stood at $5.84 billion, up 25%, with non-GAAP operating margin at 25%.
For fiscal 2027, CrowdStrike guided revenue of $5.99 billion to $6.01 billion, above the $5.93 billion analysts had expected, and adjusted EPS of $1.25 to $1.26. The company also raised its full-year net new ARR growth outlook by 630 basis points.
"Q2 was the best quarter in CrowdStrike's history," said George Kurtz, the company's CEO. "Delivering record Falcon Flex results, record net new ARR, and accelerating growth, the Falcon is soaring."
Kurtz added that "every enterprise will run on AI, and securing it is the largest market opportunity in our history."
For the third quarter, CrowdStrike guided revenue of $1.52 billion to $1.53 billion, in line with estimates.
