OncoSil Medical Ltd (ASX:OSL, OTC:OCMLF) has secured US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for its OncoSil™ targeted radiation device to treat distal cholangiocarcinoma (dCCA), giving the company US marketing authorisation and opening an estimated A$80 million annual addressable market.

The FDA granted Humanitarian Device Exemption (HDE) approval for OncoSil in patients with unresectable, non-metastatic dCCA, a rare and aggressive form of bile duct cancer for which treatment options remain limited.

The Queensland Government has begun deploying capital from its expanded $250 million Queensland Critical Minerals Fund, with a $20 million investment aimed at advancing development of one of the state’s largest undeveloped critical mineral deposits.

The investment is among the first from the strengthened fund, which received an additional $100 million in this year’s Queensland Budget as the Crisafulli Government seeks to accelerate development of the state’s critical minerals sector.

A $20 million investment from the QIC-managed Queensland Critical Minerals Fund (QCMF) will help accelerate development of unlisted Aeon Metals' Walford Creek copper, zinc, lead, silver and cobalt project in North West Queensland.

The funding will support a prefeasibility study (PFS), further drilling, environmental studies and project approvals, with work ultimately progressing towards a definitive feasibility study (DFS) and final investment decision.

Astral Resources NL (ASX:AAR) has extended the growth potential of its Theia Deposit at the 100%-owned Mandilla Gold Project in Western Australia after deep diamond drilling intersected broad zones of gold mineralisation below the current Mineral Resource shell.

The standout result came from hole AMRCD378, which returned:52.75 metres at 4.67 g/t gold from 445.25 metres, including a narrow interval of 0.34 metres at 477 g/t gold from 487.3 metres. The hole also intersected 21 metres at 1.61 g/t from 321 metres and 7 metres at 2.64 g/t from 418 metres.

Market analysts are valuing Shein Group (Unlisted (UK):SHEI) at between US$35 billion and US$40 billion ahead of its proposed IPO, supported by its global fashion footprint, revenue growth, profitability and comparatively lean inventory model.

The online fashion and lifestyle company generated US$41.8 billion in net revenue and US$2.064 billion in net profit in 2025, according to its prospectus, while active customers increased to 273 million from 186 million in 2023.

American Rare Earths Ltd (ASX:ARR, OTCQX:ARRNF) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with US rare earth metallurgy specialist Novex LLC to advance the conversion of rare earth oxides from its Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming into metals used in permanent magnets.

The agreement, signed through wholly owned subsidiary Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc, establishes a framework covering process optimisation, metallisation of material from American Rare Earths’ planned demonstration plant and the joint design of a domestic rare earth metal production facility.

Aurum Resources Ltd (ASX:AUE) has returned further high-grade gold from its Boundiali Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire, including 3 metres at 80.09 g/t gold, as drilling continues to extend mineralisation at the BST1 deposit and BST2 prospect beyond the current resource footprint.

The latest results come from 46 diamond holes for 8,835.14 metres, comprising 35 holes at BST1 and 11 at BST2, as part of Aurum’s ongoing 100,000-metre Boundiali drilling program.

Dalaroo Metals Ltd (ASX:DAL) has expanded the copper-nickel geochemical footprint at its 100%-owned Watheroo Project in Western Australia after Stage 1 soil sampling extended the known copper anomaly by about two square kilometres to the south.

The 106-sample program returned peak values of 284 parts per million (ppm) copper and 176 ppm nickel, alongside values of up to 10 parts per billion (ppb) platinum, 10 ppb palladium and 10 ppb gold.
