Aurum Resources Ltd (ASX:AUE) has returned further high-grade gold from its Boundiali Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire, including 3 metres at 80.09 g/t gold, as drilling continues to extend mineralisation at the BST1 deposit and BST2 prospect beyond the current resource footprint.
The latest results come from 46 diamond holes for 8,835.14 metres, comprising 35 holes at BST1 and 11 at BST2, as part of Aurum’s ongoing 100,000-metre Boundiali drilling program.
Drilling has confirmed mineralisation outside the existing Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) at BST1, while BST2 remains entirely outside the current resource and is yet to have a resource defined. Both systems remain open.

High-grade results from BST1 and BST2
At BST1, where the current resource stands at 22 million tonnes at 0.8 g/t gold for 570,000 ounces, headline results included:
- 3 metres at 80.09 g/t gold from 66 metres, including 2 metres at 117.73 g/t;
- 38 metres at 4.20 g/t from 65 metres, including 3 metres at 30.52 g/t;
- 1.50 metres at 37.38 g/t from 16.50 metres;
- 3.77 metres at 9.62 g/t from 57.23 metres, including 2.77 metres at 12.75 g/t; and
- 7 metres at 3.85 g/t from 70 metres, including 5 metres at 5.27 g/t.
At BST2, drilling returned 3 metres at 27.65 g/t gold from 144 metres, including 1 metre at 78.13 g/t, along with 2 metres at 5.10 g/t from 117 metres, including 1 metre at 9.74 g/t.
Managing director Dr Caigen Wang said the results continued to build confidence in the Boundiali resource base.
“Our latest results from drilling at BST continue to derisk and build our resource base for the Boundiali Gold Project,” Wang said.
He noted that drilling had intersected shallow high-grade mineralisation at BST1 while also confirming mineralisation in areas currently classified as inferred, with BST2 providing additional growth potential outside the existing resource.

Boundiali project continues to expand
The Boundiali Gold Project hosts a total resource of 107.5 million tonnes at 1.0 g/t gold for 3.22 million ounces, including 1.70 million ounces in the indicated category and 1.52 million ounces inferred.
BST1 lies on the Nyangboue shear zone and hosts gold mineralisation within a folded sedimentary sequence, with higher-grade zones associated with structurally controlled quartz veining.
BST2 is around 18 kilometres northwest of BST1 and was initially identified from a roughly 2-kilometre-long gold-in-soil anomaly. Mineralisation at both BST1 and BST2 remains open along strike and at depth.
Aurum has 16 company-owned diamond rigs operating and plans 130,000 metres of drilling during 2026, comprising 100,000 metres at Boundiali and 30,000 metres at the Napié Gold Project. The company reported unaudited cash of A$54.7 million at June 30, 2026.

Next steps
Results from the latest drilling will be incorporated into the next major Boundiali MRE update, targeted for the end of Q3 2026.
Aurum will continue drilling strike and depth extensions across the BD, BM and BST tenements, while follow-up drilling is planned to test mineralisation identified outside the current resource.
Results from the 2026 drilling program and the project’s pre-feasibility study are also expected to feed into a definitive feasibility study targeted for late 2026.
