Cordiant Digital Infrastructure's Hudson Interxchange data centre boosted by new contracts

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD, FRA:86L) told investors that two customer agreements at its Hudson Interxchange data centre in New York are expected to move the business significantly closer to breakeven once fully deployed.

Hudson secured a five-year, inflation-linked contract for 1.8MW of capacity with a specialist provider of high-density GPU cloud infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence workloads. The customer also has first refusal over a further 2MW.

Billing is expected to begin in September 2026 with an initial 450kW installation, while the remaining 1.35MW is scheduled for delivery by the end of the year.

Hudson also received an expansion order from an existing customer.

The agreements lift contracted IT capacity on Hudson’s sixth floor at 60 Hudson Street to around 2.8MW, equivalent to roughly 80% of its 3.5MW saleable capacity.

Hudson plans to begin construction of the floor’s final two data halls to accommodate the pre-sold capacity.
