Seeing Machines in advanced talks to refinance convertible note

Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM:SEE, OTC:SEEMF, FRA:M2Z), the computer vision company focused on transport safety, said it was in advanced discussions with several potential lenders to refinance its convertible note ahead of its 4 October 2026 maturity date.

The company said it had received multiple term sheets and expected to complete the refinancing well before the note falls due.

The update follows its interim results published on 27 March.

Completion remains subject to customary documentation being finalised.

Chief executive Paul McGlone said interest from lenders had been strong and that the company was focused on securing the most attractive terms.

He said that as a result the process would extend beyond the end of the 2026 financial year, but that the company continued to expect to complete the refinancing ahead of the October maturity date.
