RC365 to deliver its POS to StarCruises, setting up crypto-payments showcase

RC365 Holding PLC (LSE:RCGH, FRA:L2G) said its Hong Kong subsidiary Regal Crown Technology has signed a merchant point-of-sale agreement with StarCruises International Limited, giving the fintech group an early commercial test for its RC3.0 payments platform in a high-volume cruise environment.

Under the deal, Regal Crown will deploy its Merchant Owned Ecosystem POS, part of the RC3.0 App, for use by StarCruises customers. The platform includes cryptocurrency acceptance functionality, multi-language support and Know Your Transaction compliance tools.

The agreement has an initial one-year term starting from 1 June 2026, and will renew automatically for further one-year periods unless terminated.

User Acceptance Testing is underway, with go-live targeted for June 2026.

RC365 said there are no minimum transaction commitments. Revenue will come from a percentage-based transaction processing fee applied to gross merchant sales processed through RC3.0, including digital asset transactions where applicable.

Chief executive Chi Kit Law said the contract win underlined the “continuing growth, scaling potential, and competitive health” of the group’s fintech and cross-border online payment gateway ecosystems across East Asia.

StarCruises operates cruise services in Asia, with announced 2026 homeport deployments from Hong Kong and Singapore.
