Lululemon Athletica Inc (NASDAQ:LULU) shares fell about 10% in after-hours trading on Thursday after the athletic apparel retailer issued guidance pointing to a potential decline in sales, despite reporting first-quarter results that narrowly topped Wall Street expectations.

The company projected second-quarter revenue between $2.45 billion and $2.475 billion, which would represent a year-over-year decline of 3% to 2%.

A joint venture part-owned by LanzaTech Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:LNZA) raised roughly $75 million in gross proceeds through an initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the carbon management company said Wednesday.

Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Technology Co., Ltd., a venture in which LanzaTech held a 9.31% equity stake before the offering, sold 40 million H-shares at a price equivalent to about $1.86 per share, implying a market capitalization of approximately $750 million at listing. The shares trade under stock code 02553.

Amneal Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:AMRX) said on Thursday the US Food and Drug Administration has approved its romidepsin injection solution, 27.5 mg/5.5 mL, in single-dose, ready-to-use vials.

The product is eligible for Competitive Generic Therapy (CGT) designation, giving Amneal 180 days of market exclusivity. The New Jersey-based company said it has received more CGT approvals than any other company since the FDA began tracking the designations in 2018.

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CRWD) shares were down around 5.4% on Thursday despite the cybersecurity company posting first-quarter fiscal 2027 results that beat Wall Street estimates across the board and raised its full-year outlook.

Wedbush maintained its outperform rating and raised its price target to $720 from $700, saying the company remains cybersecurity's "golden child" and that investors should buy weakness in the stock.

UnitedHealth Group Inc (NYSE:UNH, XETRA:UNH) shares rose more than 5% to about $397 on Thursday after Bank of America upgraded the stock to ‘Buy,’ citing improving medical cost trends and a more favorable risk-reward setup heading into upcoming earnings.

The firm also raised its price target to $450 and lifted earnings estimates for 2026 and 2027.

Pinterest Inc (NYSE:PINS) has announced a planned $4 billion commitment with Amazon Web Services (AWS) through 2031, deepening a long-running partnership aimed at expanding its artificial intelligence infrastructure and capabilities.

The agreement, described by AWS as Pinterest’s largest infrastructure investment to date, will see the visual discovery platform rely on AWS services to train and run AI models that power search, recommendations, and personalized content for more than 600 million monthly users worldwide.

CNSide Diagnostics' Houston-based clinical laboratory underwent a rigorous on-site inspection evaluating clinical protocols, documentation, quality control procedures, personnel qualifications, equipment, facilities, and overall laboratory management. The lab now joins more than 8,000 CAP-accredited facilities worldwide.

Ciena Corporation (NYSE:CIEN) reported fiscal second quarter that came in ahead of Wall Street expectations for both earnings and revenue, but shares fell about 19% on concerns about the company’s forward guidance and outlook relative to elevated expectations.

Ciena raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to $6.3 billion, plus or minus $100 million, compared with prior expectations of $6.18 billion.

AMC Robotics Corporation (NASDAQ:AMCI) has made two strategic investments in Etronium AI, a North Carolina-based technology company developing agentic AI frameworks for hardware-in-the-loop workflows, the company announced Thursday.

The AI-driven robotics solutions provider invested in Etronium AI through Simple Agreements for Future Equity on April 7 and May 19, with each agreement entitling AMC Robotics to receive equity upon future qualifying events including a bona fide equity financing or liquidity event.

Solidion Technology (NASDAQ:STI) shares added as much as 500% on Thursday after the battery technology developer announced a patented advancement aimed at powering future space and lunar applications.

The company introduced its Generation Extreme-Climate Battery (Gen-ECB) platform, which it said is designed to provide reliable energy storage across a broad range of temperatures for use in satellites, crewed spacecraft, low Earth orbit (LEO) data centers, and planned lunar infrastructure.

Shares of Broadcom Inc (NASDAQ:AVGO, XETRA:1YD) fell more than 14% on Thursday after the chipmaker's fiscal third-quarter AI revenue guidance and its reiteration of a full-year 2027 target fell short of investor expectations, overshadowing strong second-quarter results.

Broadcom guided for AI revenue of $16 billion in the third quarter, below analyst estimates of around $17.3 billion, and reiterated its fiscal 2027 AI revenue target of more than $100 billion, a figure analysts said the market had already priced in at a considerably higher level.

Universal Music Group (AEX:UMG) shares fell on Thursday after Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Capital Management sold its remaining holding in the music company, bringing an end to a five-year investment.

According to media reports, Pershing Square sold approximately 80.6 million UMG shares through a private placement at €17.66 per share, representing roughly an 8% discount to Wednesday’s closing price. The stake sale was valued at more than $1.5 billion.

PVH Corp. (NYSE:PVH) shares fell about 24% on Thursday after the apparel company lowered its full-year revenue guidance, overshadowing better-than-expected first-quarter earnings and revenue.

The owner of the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands now expects full-year 2026 revenue to be approximately flat compared with the prior forecast for a slight increase. On a constant-currency basis, revenue is now expected to decline slightly, versus previous expectations for flat to slight growth.

The payment brings total earn-in payments to US$500,000 against the company's US$9.5 million work program commitment, through which it is earning a 29% participating interest in the block, located in the Cudi-Gabar petroleum province.

Five Below (NASDAQ:FIVE) shares fell about 11% at Thursday's market open, as investors looked past a stronger-than-expected first quarter earnings report and instead focused on the assumptions underlying the company's raised full-year guidance.

Five Below raised its full-year fiscal 2026 guidance, projecting net sales of $5.40 billion to $5.48 billion and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $8.65 to $9.05.

Petco Health and Wellness Co (NASDAQ:WOOF) reported a wider-than-expected net loss in its first quarter even as revenue edged past estimates, sending shares down nearly 13% in premarket trading Thursday.

The pet retailer posted net sales of $1.5 billion for the quarter ended May 2025, up 0.2% year-over-year and slightly above the $1.49 billion analysts had forecast.
