Voyager Technologies (NYSE:VOYG) has signed an agreement to acquire Astrobotic Technology, a Pittsburgh-based company focused on commercial lunar delivery, surface power systems, and reusable spaceflight technologies, in a transaction valued at up to approximately $300 million.
The deal is intended to strengthen Voyager’s position in lunar infrastructure development as space agencies and commercial partners pursue sustained operations on the Moon.

Shares surged as much as 50% following the report, briefly trading above $80 per share.
Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ:GRRR) has closed an artificial intelligence infrastructure supply arrangement valued at approximately $2 billion in India with Super Micro Computer Inc (NASDAQ:SMCI), covering delivery of 20,736 B300 cards, 5,120 B200 cards, networking equipment and related infrastructure to support Gorilla's Yotta AI project.
The San Jose- and London-headquartered company said the arrangement underpins deployments tied to large-scale AI data center and GPU programs in India, including hyperscale and sovereign AI initiatives.
Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (NASDAQ:MRVL) shares jumped more than 27% on Tuesday after Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang publicly declared the chipmaker could reach a $1 trillion valuation, sending the stock to fresh highs following a blowout earnings report just days earlier.
Huang made the remarks during Marvell CEO Matt Murphy's keynote at the Computex technology conference in Taipei, calling Marvell "the next trillion-dollar company."
Dollar General Corp (NYSE:DG) shares edged more than 2% lower on Tuesday after the retailer reported first quarter results that topped earnings expectations but delivered a slight revenue miss, alongside in-line same-store sales growth.
The company reported diluted earnings per share of $2.00, above Wall Street estimates of roughly $1.89 to $1.90. Revenue rose 3.4% year-over-year to $10.79 billion, just below the $10.82 billion consensus estimate. Same-store sales increased 2.0%, in line with expectations.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (NYSE:HPE, XETRA:2HP) shares jumped about 25% on Tuesday after the company reported fiscal second quarter results that topped expectations and significantly raised its full-year outlook, fueled by strong demand for AI infrastructure, servers and networking products.
For the quarter ended April 30, 2026, HPE reported revenue of $10.68 billion, up 40% from a year earlier and ahead of analyst estimates of about $9.78 billion.
374Water Inc (NASDAQ:SCWO, FRA:8LL) has completed a key factory acceptance test for its AirSCWO system, moving the cleantech company closer to deploying the technology at one of California's largest wastewater treatment facilities.
The North Carolina-based company said the milestone activates the next phase of its partnership with Orange County Sanitation District, which processes more than 180 million gallons of wastewater daily and serves over 2.6 million people across Orange County.
