St George Mining Ltd (ASX:SGQ, FRA:S0G, OTC:SGQMF) has welcomed Amperex Technology Limited (ATL), one of the world's largest lithium-ion battery manufacturers, onto its share register through a strategic $2 million investment that strengthens ties between the two companies while increasing exposure to St George's flagship Araxá niobium and rare earths project in Brazil.

The investment forms part of a restructure of the Lithium Star joint venture, established by St George and ATL in 2023 to explore for lithium in Western Australia. Under the revised arrangement, St George will acquire ATL's 10% stake in Lithium Star, making the company a wholly owned subsidiary.

New Era Energy & Digital (NASDAQ:NUAI) has appointed Evan Pierce as chief development officer and Michael Johnson as general counsel and chief compliance officer, building out its leadership bench with experience across hyperscale data centers, power development, site acquisition, construction, leasing and project finance.

Pierce brings more than 20 years of experience spanning hyperscale data centers, energy infrastructure, grid strategy and mission-critical operations across the Americas and EMEA.

Arizona Gold & Silver Inc (TSX-V:AZS, OTCQB:AZASF, FRA:A9J0) said on Monday that it has closed its previously announced financing with two arm’s-length institutional investors, Sorbie Bornholm LP and Sorbie Investments LLP, raising gross proceeds of C$18 million.

The financing was completed at a price of $0.80 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. A total of 22.5 million units were issued across the offering.

Cosmos Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:COSM)(dba Cosmos Health) is entering the animal health market, extending its C-Scrub brand into the veterinary space after the product passed testing against European standards, the company said Monday.

The move takes C-Scrub, one of the company's branded products, into veterinary applications following what Cosmos described as successful European standard testing. The expansion adds an animal health use case to the brand's existing positioning.

Parsons Corp (NYSE:PSN) has been awarded a $99 million single-award task order by the US Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) in support of the Global Application Research, Development, Engineering and Maintenance 2 (GARDEM 2) program, the company said Monday.

The task order, awarded under the ALLIANT 2 multiple award schedule, covers research, development, engineering, prototyping, integration, testing, and demonstration of technologies supporting GARDEM 2 Command and Control, Space and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2-SpISR) software baselines.

IAMGOLD Corp (TSX:IMG, NYSE:IAG) reported a consolidated measured and indicated mineral resource of 20.3 million ounces of gold for its Côté Gold mine in Ontario, an increase of approximately 2.2 million ounces, or 12%, from its December 31, 2025 statement.

The updated estimate integrates the Côté and Gosselin zones into a single consolidated block model.

Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NYSE-A:OPTT) announced that it is expanding its international defense engagement activities across Europe, highlighting recent initiatives in Poland and Norway focused on maritime security, autonomous systems and maritime domain awareness.

The company, which provides marine power, data and service solutions, said it recently met with representatives from the Polish Naval Academy and stakeholders in Poland's defense sector to discuss maritime security needs and the potential role of autonomous, renewable-powered maritime systems in supporting regional defense and infrastructure protection efforts.

Record Resources Inc (TSX-V:REC) announced that further geological and geophysical analysis of its Loba oil discovery in Gabon and nearby analogue fields suggests an initial production rate of more than 5,000 barrels of oil per day could be achievable from its planned first well.

The Calgary-based exploration and production company said its planned Loba Marine 2 well is expected to produce above 5,000 barrels per day if completed with a frac-pack system and an electric submersible pump (ESP). The projection is based in part on production performance from the nearby Barbier Southwest field, which targets the same Batanga reservoir.

M2i Global Inc (OTC:MTWO) said on Monday it had signed a Letter of Intent with Aurica Tokenization Inc, a Nevada-based commodity tokenization company, to develop a physically-backed gold token platform that the companies expect to expand into other strategic minerals.

Under the agreement, Aurica will issue digital tokens backed one-to-one by hallmarked gold, with the company acquiring metal at a 3% discount to prevailing spot prices through supply arrangements currently in advanced negotiations with several gold mining and processing companies.

Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB, OTCQB:DHBUF, FRA:3F0) said that it is preparing for a recovery in sales during the next quarter and fiscal 2027, as the company works to restore shipments to its Middle East distribution partners and expand its e-commerce business following a quarter impacted by geopolitical disruptions.

The company’s president and CEO Gord Davey said in a statement that management continues to monitor developments in the Middle East while maintaining close communication with local partners and planning future sales initiatives and product innovation efforts.

Share in Itaconix PLC (AIM:ITX, OTCQB:ITXXF, FRA:18G0) rose 5% to 110p after it said it will be running field trials on American corn farms this growing season to assess whether its polymer technology can improve nutrient uptake in crops.

The plant-based polymer specialist is working with a small number of farms in the United States to test a product under the tradename BioVail GRZ 200L on corn crops, with full results expected after harvest.

Pan African Resources PLC (LSE:PAF, OTCQX:PAFRY, JSE:PAN) told investors it expects to deliver record annual gold production for the year to 30 June 2026, with output forecast to rise by around 40% to approximately 275,000 ounces.

The figure is in line with the lower end of the group’s FY26 guidance range of 275,000 to 292,000 ounces, compared with 196,527 ounces in FY25. Second-half production is expected to reach 147,000 ounces, around 14% higher than the 128,296 ounces produced in the first half.

NewPeak Metals Ltd (ASX:NPM, OTC:NPMFF, FRA:NPM) earlier this week provided an update on exploration activities across its Australian and Argentinian gold projects, with managing director Mark Purcell outlining encouraging drilling results at the Tansey gold project in Queensland and ongoing exploration at Las Opeñas in Argentina.

Speaking with Proactive, Purcell said the company recently completed an approximately 1,200 metre drilling program across four holes at Tansey, targeting extensions beneath historical underground workings abandoned in the 1940s.
