Cosmos Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:COSM)(dba Cosmos Health) is entering the animal health market, extending its C-Scrub brand into the veterinary space after the product passed testing against European standards, the company said Monday.
The move takes C-Scrub, one of the company's branded products, into veterinary applications following what Cosmos described as successful European standard testing. The expansion adds an animal health use case to the brand's existing positioning.
MGM Resorts International (NYSE:MGM) has received a non-binding, all-cash takeover proposal from American billionaire and media mogul Barry Diller’s People Inc, formerly IAC, (NASDAQ: IAC) to acquire the 73.9% of the company it does not already own at $48.30 per share.
People Inc said the offer implies an equity value of approximately $18 billion for the remaining stake and represents a 24.1% premium to MGM’s 30-day volume-weighted average price through May 29, 2026, as well as a 10.6% premium to the latest closing price.

Nutanix Inc (NASDAQ:NTNX) has announced that its Nutanix Unified Storage (NUS) solution has achieved Nvidia-Certified status at the enterprise level, validating the product for use with Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:NVDA, XETRA:NVD)'s accelerated-computing systems.
The designation certifies Nutanix at the enterprise level under Nvidia's certification program, which tests storage and infrastructure products against the performance, security and scale requirements for large-scale production AI workloads.
Berkshire Hathaway Inc (NYSE:BRK.A) has agreed to acquire Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE:TMHC) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $8.5 billion in enterprise value, according to a joint announcement by the companies on Monday.
Under the terms of the agreement, Berkshire Hathaway will purchase all outstanding shares of Taylor Morrison at $72.50 per share in cash.
