Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML, OTCQB:RLMLF, FRA:NC3) has logged strong sulphides, alteration and veining in the first three holes of its 2026 diamond drilling campaign at Golden Gate within the Horse Heaven Antimony-Tungsten Gold-Silver Project in Idaho, USA.
The holes — HH-GG26-001C, HH-GG26-002C and HH-GG26-003C — were drilled around 500 metres south of the 2025 Golden Gate South drilling area, testing for gold and tungsten mineralisation in a previously undrilled area.
“I’m tremendously excited by the style and extent of mineralisation and alteration observed in core of our very first holes of the current program. This is simply because this style of mineralisation elsewhere at Golden Gate is associated with significant gold and tungsten mineralisation. The fact that these holes are drilled in a previously undrilled area, some 500 metres south of the gold mineralisation identified in the southern-most holes in last year’s drill program, only adds to the positive weight of these initial results,” RML technical lead geologist Bill Breen said.

Early signs mirror known mineralised zones
The holes intersected pervasive sulphides, including pyrite and arsenopyrite, within highly altered, sheared, faulted and veined granite.
The company said these features were similar to those observed in earlier well-mineralised holes at Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South, where previous drilling returned broad gold intercepts including 197.5 metres at 1.26 g/t gold, 265.2 metres at 0.60 g/t and 253 metres at 1.50 g/t.

While no assays have yet been reported from the current program, the visual observations are considered encouraging because the same alteration and sulphide styles elsewhere at Golden Gate are associated with gold and tungsten mineralisation.

The program is gathering pace. The first three holes have been completed for a combined 763 metres, with the broader campaign planned to comprise up to 13,700 metres of diamond core drilling across 45 holes.
A second MP1500 diamond core rig has arrived on site and is expected to begin drilling early next week, accelerating testing across Golden Gate North and South.
What's next?
The results extend the company’s geological model into a new area south of Golden Gate South.
If assays confirm gold and tungsten mineralisation, the drilling could point to a larger mineralised system than previously defined, with the company noting that mineralisation remains open-ended in multiple directions.
The campaign is also targeting a 500-metre by 600-metre coincident gold and tungsten soil anomaly, as well as extensions of historically mined tungsten mineralisation at Golden Gate. Resolution expects assays from the sampled core sections in six to eight weeks.
