Ilika PLC (AIM:IKA, OTCQX:ILIKF, FRA:I8A), the UK solid-state battery developer, has announced a £214,000 joint development programme with Brompton Bicycles to integrate its Goliath battery technology into the folding e-bike maker's next generation of battery packs.

The 12-month programme, branded SELECT and supported by the Battery Innovation Programme, will commence on 1 July 2026 and targets production of battery packs and on-bike trials by mid-2027, subject to technical milestones.

Digi Power X Inc (NASDAQ:DGXX, FRA:1NQ0, NEO:DGX) said it has entered into an amended and restated sales agreement with AGP/Alliance Global Partners, allowing the company to raise up to $75 million through an at-the-market equity program.

The energy infrastructure company, which is pivoting toward artificial intelligence data centers and GPU-as-a-Service, said the updated agreement builds on its previously announced ATM program established in May 2025.

Century Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:LCE, OTCQX:CYDVF) announced on Friday that it has promoted Todd Fayram to chief technical officer as it advances development of its Angel Island lithium project in Nevada.

Fayram, who joined the company in May 2023 as senior vice-president of metallurgy, will continue to lead its metallurgical program while taking on broader responsibility for technical strategy and project development.

The raise comprised a placing of 30.9 million shares at 33p each, generating around £10.2 million, alongside a retail offer, a subscription and a Canadian-listed issuer financing exemption offering.

Shares in Mercantile Ports and Logistics rose 50% on Friday, extending its surge from the previous session when the company outlined plans to fully repay its debt and step up legal action to reclaim its Karanja terminal in Maharashtra, western India.

The group has offered to redeem 100% of its outstanding debt before the Supreme Court of India.

Eden Research PLC (AIM:EDEN, OTCQB:EDNSF, FRA:9T7) shares started Friday's session on the front foot, after it confirmed it had completed a conditional placing, finalising a fundraise worth around £10.8 million.

The sustainable biopesticides group said the fundraising total includes the firm placing, firm subscription, retail offer and conditional placing first announced in February. With the remaining conditions now satisfied, 190,000,000 new ordinary shares are due to be admitted to AIM at 8.00am on or around 13 April 2026.

Mont Royal Resources Ltd (ASX:MRZ, TSX-V:MRZL, OTC:MTRRF, FRA:ZG1) has moved a step closer to a refreshed development pathway for its 100%-owned Ashram Rare Earth and Fluorspar Project in Quebec, with the company saying its updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) is now about 80% complete and remains on track for completion this month.

The update is more than a routine study milestone. Mont Royal is using the revised PEA to reshape key parts of the project’s development strategy, with a focus on lowering upfront capital requirements, trimming operating costs and reducing execution risk as it works to position Ashram as a more robust rare earths and fluorspar development story.

Amaero Ltd (ASX:3DA, OTCQX:AMROF) has signed a supplier agreement that includes a A$7.8 million purchase order for spherical titanium alloy powders, locking in minimum quarterly shipments from July 2026 to June 2027 in a deal that materially strengthens revenue visibility for FY2027 and supports the company’s production growth strategy.

The agreement, struck with a private equity-backed manufacturing technology and advanced materials group, gives Amaero a contracted baseline of powder sales over the next financial year, with scope for the customer to lift volumes through additional purchase orders. Importantly, the customer has indicated FY2027 orders are expected to exceed the minimum commitment, pointing to potential upside beyond the initial A$7.8 million.

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML, OTCQB:RLMLF, FRA:NC3) has outlined growing scale potential at its Antimony Ridge project in Idaho, with new 3D modelling pointing to a large, open-ended system of high-grade antimony-silver veins.

The modelling integrates historical mining data, mapping and sampling to define more than 100 high-grade stibnite veins organised into around 30 discrete vein swarms, extending across a broad 1,000-by-700-metre footprint.

Jindalee Lithium Ltd (ASX:JLL, OTCQX:JNDAF) has taken a major step toward putting a US market valuation on its McDermitt Lithium Project, signing a binding business combination agreement that is set to establish a new Nasdaq-listed vehicle, US Elemental Inc., to hold the company’s US assets.

The deal implies a pro forma enterprise value of about US$571 million, including an implied equity valuation of US$500 million for Jindalee’s US assets, while leaving Jindalee with an expected majority stake of 80% or more in the new entity on completion.

Elixir Energy Ltd (ASX:EXR, OTC:ELXPF) has taken a step toward commercialising gas from its northern Taroom Trough acreage after signing an agreement with APA Group to complete feasibility work on the most cost-effective route to the Wallumbilla Gas Hub in Queensland.

The Early Works Agreement is aimed at identifying the fastest and most economic pathway for gas from a notional 40-terajoule-a-day Lorelle pilot project to reach Wallumbilla, a key wholesale trading and pipeline interconnection point linking gas from the Surat and Bowen basins with east coast domestic markets and LNG export infrastructure.
