Public Storage (NYSE:PSA) announced that it will acquire National Storage Affiliates (NYSE: NSA) in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $10.5 billion.

Under the agreement, NSA shareholders will receive 0.14 shares of PSA stock for each NSA share, implying a price of $41.68 per share.

Shares of Netherlands-based AI cloud company Nebius Group (NASDAQ:NBIS) jumped nearly 12% on Monday after the company announced a new long-term infrastructure agreement with Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:META, XETRA:FB2A, SIX:FB).

Under the five-year deal, Nebius will provide $12 billion in dedicated AI computing capacity across multiple locations, utilizing one of the first large-scale deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.

Shares of Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:META, XETRA:FB2A, SIX:FB) were up around 2.4% on Monday amid reports that the social media and technology giant is considering layoffs that could affect as much as one-fifth of its workforce.

The potential job cuts are aimed at offsetting rising costs from the company’s artificial intelligence infrastructure and preparing for efficiencies from AI-assisted operations, according to three sources familiar with the matter who spoke to Reuters. The timing and exact scale of the reductions have not been finalized.

WW International (NASDAQ:WW), the global weight management company formerly known as Weight Watchers, released its fourth quarter and full-year 2025 financial results, showing stronger-than-expected earnings despite a year-over-year decline in total revenue.

HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd (TSX-V:HIVE, NASDAQ:HIVE, FRA:YO0, BVC:HIVECO) has announced plans to expand its artificial intelligence computing infrastructure in Canada, increasing its liquid-cooled data center capacity fourfold through its subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing.

The company said the expansion will grow its existing footprint from 4 megawatts (MW) in Manitoba to 16.6 MW of critical IT load across two provinces through a partnership with Bell Canada and its AI infrastructure initiative known as Bell Canada AI Fabric.

Dollar Tree, Inc. (NASDAQ:DLTR) shares rose almost 4% in early trade on Monday after the discount retailer reported fourth quarter earnings that topped profit expectations, even as revenue narrowly missed estimates and the company issued cautious guidance for fiscal 2026.

For the quarter ended January 31, the company reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.56, slightly above analysts’ expectations of $2.53.

System1 Group, the marketing decision-making platform listed on AIM, saw its shares jump 19% to 253.2p after the company said strong new business wins would drive record second-half revenue and push profitability ahead of market expectations in its next financial year.

The company said trading in the final quarter of the year ending 31 March 2026 had been strong, with full-year revenue expected to be in line with previous guidance of broadly flat at around £37 million.
