Royalty Management Holding Corp (NASDAQ:RMCO) said that its wholly owned subsidiary, The Vault Holdings Corporation, has filed a Form D with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to begin a private capital raise aimed at expanding its cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence (AI), and datacenter operations.
The Vault, which manages two sites in Marion and Noblesville, Indiana, plans to use the proceeds primarily to acquire cryptocurrency mining equipment to generate revenue, the company said.
