Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ) chairman Martin Graham talked with Proactive about the company's strategy in the digital asset space, focusing on its unique approach to enhanced yield exchange traded products (ETPs).
Graham explained that Fineqia is both an issuer of digital asset ETPs and an investor in emerging digital asset companies. The company is aiming to lead in the enhanced yield segment of ETPs by deploying strategies that differ from conventional offerings. Its current products include a Bitcoin Enhanced Yield Product and a Cardano Advanced Yield Product, both listed on European exchanges such as Euronext.
"Our products on the ETP side are very different to normal conventional products," Graham noted, emphasising that the company combines exposure to asset price movements with enhanced yield generation through decentralized finance (DeFi).
Fineqia is positioning itself as a bridge between traditional finance and the digital asset ecosystem. Graham highlighted that their ETPs are structured to be accessible in a regulated framework, making them appealing to mainstream investors who may be cautious about the volatility and unregulated nature of many digital asset offerings.
"Most people are just creating assets which are around core exposure just to price variations," he said. "We're creating enhanced yield, so they get higher returns for an investor."
He also pointed out that Fineqia's strategy benefits shareholders not only through ETP fees but also via exposure to a growing portfolio of maturing digital asset investments that are generating significant returns.
