Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ, OTC:FNQQF) chairman Martin Graham talked with Proactive about the company’s focus on creating enhanced yield exchange traded products (ETPs) in the digital asset space. Graham described Fineqia as both a digital asset investment business and an issuer of regulated crypto ETPs, with current offerings including the Bitcoin Enhanced Yield ETP (YBTC) and the Cardano Enhanced Yield ETN (YADA).
Graham explained, “Our aim is to be the leader in enhanced yield exchange-traded products,” highlighting that, unlike passive crypto ETPs, Fineqia’s products generate additional income by deploying capital into decentralised finance (DeFi) protocols. He said the resulting returns are delivered to investors directly in the underlying asset, such as Bitcoin.
Discussing the choice of Europe for listing, Graham said the region offered a more mature regulatory environment and broader investor access. The company’s products are already listed on platforms like Euronext and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
Fineqia has partnered with Psalion Operations for its DeFi architecture, which Graham said brought "deep domain expertise" and consistent yield performance. He noted institutional adoption of crypto-based ETPs is growing rapidly and argued that yield-generating products will shape the future of the market.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand into additional protocols such as Ethereum and Solana, as well as exploring tokenised real-world asset products.
