Market movers: Amazon, Couer Mining, FuboTV, HIVE Digital Technologies, Kenvue…

FuboTV Inc (NYSE: FUBO) on Monday reported better than expected financial results for its third quarter 2025, as the sports-centric streaming platform also swung to an adjusted profit for the period.

The company posted a loss of $0.06 per share for the quarter, better than the $0.09 deficit expected by analysts.

Kimberly-Clark Corp (NYSE:KMB, ETR:KMY) announced it will acquire Kenvue (NYSE:KVUE), the maker of Tylenol and other consumer health products, in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $48.7 billion.

Under the agreement, Kenvue shareholders will receive $3.50 per share in cash plus 0.14625 Kimberly-Clark shares for each Kenvue share, totaling $21.01 per share based on Kimberly-Clark’s recent stock price.

Cipher Mining Inc (NASDAQ: CIFR) on Monday announced that it has signed a 15-year lease agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS), valued at about $5.5 billion, to provide turnkey space and power for AI workloads.

Cipher Mining said under the terms of the deal it will deliver 300 megawatts (MW) of capacity in 2026, including both air and liquid cooling to the racks.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has entered a $38 billion, seven-year agreement with OpenAI to provide computing power for AI workloads, sending Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN)’s shares 4.7% higher to about $256.

Under the deal, OpenAI will begin using AWS infrastructure immediately, accessing hundreds of thousands of Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:NVDA, ETR:NVD) GPUs housed in Amazon’s data centers.

Uniqure NV (NASDAQ: QURE) shares plummeted more than 58% in early trading on Monday after the gene therapy company revealed that it was told by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) the clinical data for its gene therapy for Huntington's disease is inadequate.

Uniqure said the FDA no longer agrees that data from Phase I/II trials, when compared with external control datasets, would be sufficient to support a Biologics License Application (BLA).

American Resources Corp (NASDAQ:AREC)’s ReElement Technologies subsidiary announced a $1.4 billion joint partnership with the US Department of War's Office of Strategic Capital (OSC).

The company said the funding, which includes two separate loans matched by private capital, supports the expansion of ReElement's partnership with Vulcan Elements and will directly support the production of advanced rare earth element separation, metallization, and magnet manufacturing capabilities in the US.

Digi Power X Inc (NASDAQ:DGXX, TSX-V:DGX) announced that it held cash, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and cash deposits of about $85 million as of October 31, 2025, up from $29 million in the previous month, significantly strengthening its balance sheet and liquidity position to support its 2026 AI infrastructure development plan.

The plan includes the targeted deployment of high-efficiency Tier III AI data centers and expansion of the company’s critical power capacity across multiple US sites.

HIVE Digital Technologies (TSX-V:HIVE, NASDAQ:HIVE) announced that it has achieved 23 Exahash per second (EH/s) in global Bitcoin-mining capacity, positioning the company amongst industry leaders in 2025 with 283% year-to-date growth.

The multinational digital infrastructure company also said it has completed its C$2.3 million strategic land acquisition in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, adding 32.5 acres adjacent to the company's existing 6-acre property acquired in April 2021.

Guardian Metal Resources plc (LON:GMET) shares rose 6.6% to 107.65p after the company reported high-grade gold, silver and copper results from its Garfield project in Nevada and announced the appointment of experienced mining executive Michael Schlumpberger to its board.

Recent sampling at the Garfield project’s Power Line zone returned standout assays including gold at 18.3 grammes per tonne, 145 g/t silver, and 14% copper.

Shares in 80 Mile PLC (AIM:80M, OTCQB:BLLYF) rose as much as 12% in early trading after the explorer agreed a $30 million joint venture with USFM Corporation to develop its Disko-Nuussuaq nickel and copper project in Greenland.

Under the binding heads of terms, USFM will fund the investment to earn a 51% stake, while 80 Mile will retain 49% and act as project operator.
