Cobalt Blue to host investor webinar on reshaping the cobalt supply chain

Cobalt Blue Holdings Ltd (ASX:COB, OTC:CBBHF) will host a live online investor webinar this Thursday, October 23, at 2.00pm AEDT. CEO Dr Andrew Tong and investor relations and commercial manager Joel Crane will present on “Reshaping the Cobalt Supply Chain”, outlining how the company plans to establish a secure, non-Chinese cobalt supply network amid shifting global market dynamics.

The presentation will highlight a cobalt market in structural transition following the Democratic Republic of Congo’s export restrictions, with prices now near three-year highs and demand from battery and industrial sectors forecast to grow around 5% annually through 2030.

Cobalt Blue is developing Australia’s first cobalt sulphate refinery at Kwinana, targeting about 10% of the non-FEOC (Foreign Entities of Concern) supply chain and aiming to begin operations within 18–24 months. The project is being advanced in partnership with Iwatani Corporation and Glencore, with offtake discussions under way in the US, Japan and France.

The 45-minute webinar will include a Q&A segment, with questions welcome both at registration and during the session.

Investors can register for the free webinar here and will receive a confirmation email with joining details.

A copy of the investor presentation is available on the company’s website.
