T Stamp Inc, doing business as Trust Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID), shares climbed about 6% in early Monday trading after the company announced that it has unveiled its proprietary biometric-binding technology as “the solution to the systemic failure of age-verification laws that are collapsing under real-world pressure”.

Trust Stamp said its announcement comes as the UK’s landmark Online Safety Act proves ineffective just weeks after enforcement began, and a “ticking time bomb" of similar legislation creates an imminent compliance crisis for companies across the US.

Shares of American Resources Corp (NASDAQ:AREC) rose 13% in morning trading after its subsidiary, ReElement Technologies, signed a long-term supply agreement with POSCO International America. The partnership is designed to strengthen U.S. capacity for refining rare earth elements while deepening industrial ties with South Korea.

Under the deal, ReElement will supply purified oxides such as neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium, which are essential for magnets in electric vehicles, wind turbines, defence systems and advanced electronics. Supply volumes are expected to exceed 3,000 metric tons through 2030.

EnWave Corp (TSX-V:ENW, OTC:NWVCF) has struck a licensing agreement with Solve Solutions Ltda of Brazil, giving the Canadian company a stronger foothold in South America’s fast-growing dried foods market.

The deal grants Solve, which does business as Solve Foods, exclusive rights to use EnWave’s patented Radiant Energy Vacuum, or REV, technology to dry fruits, vegetables and cheese in Brazil.

Standard Uranium Ltd (TSX-V:STND, OTCQB:STTDF) announced that it has signed a definitive property option agreement with Collective Metals Inc, in which Collective Metals has been granted the option to acquire a 75% interest in the Rocas Project in Saskatchewan’s eastern Athabasca Basin region.

The uranium exploration company also said its technical team will mobilize to the Rocas Project on September 30, 2025, to undertake a detailed mapping, prospecting, and sampling program to ground-truth historical uranium showings at surface.

Candel Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:CADL) said Monday that its experimental treatment CAN-2409 significantly extended the time patients lived without their prostate cancer returning, according to results from a large late-stage study presented at the annual meeting of the American Society for Radiation Oncology.

The therapy, also known as aglatimagene besadenovec, was tested in 745 men with intermediate-to-high-risk localized prostate cancer, a group typically treated with radiation therapy but still facing a roughly 30% chance of recurrence within 10 years.

West Wits Mining Ltd (ASX:WWI, OTCQB:WMWWF) has executed definitive agreements for the first US$12.5 million tranche of a loan facility with US-based Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II LP, securing the critical development capital needed to bring the Qala Shallows Gold Project in South Africa into production.

The facility, which can scale up to US$35 million across three tranches, will be drawn in stages subject to approvals and conditions precedent. Proceeds will fund mine development, operating costs, financing and working capital, placing the company on a fully funded pathway to first gold.
