archTIS Ltd (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF) has successfully closed the retail component of its fully underwritten entitlement offer, completing a $20.46 million equity raising that will fund its acquisition of US-based data security firm Spirion LLC.
The Canberra-headquartered software company said the retail entitlement offer raised about $2.18 million through applications for 14.54 million new shares. The underwriters — Henslow Pty Ltd and Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Ltd — will take up the shortfall of around 63.66 million shares valued at $9.55 million.
The S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Index closed lower on Tuesday, shedding 6.30 points or 0.17% to finish at 3,645.50. Over the past five days, the benchmark for small-cap stocks has eased just 0.02%.

T Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID), doing business as Trust Stamp, announced an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Identity Agency of the Republic of Ghana (NIA) to provide identity tokenization for the use of NIA and the numerous government ministries and agencies that it serves, together with private sector clients.
The company said under the MOU, a joint working team will develop a comprehensive long-term contract for Trust Stamp to provide digital identity implementations and identity tokenization services based on revenue sharing arrangements.
Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NYSE-A:OPTT) (OPT) announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Gradient Marine, a US-based provider of advanced digital modeling, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
OPT said through this collaboration, the company will integrate Gradient Marine’s Virtual Maritime Picture (VMP) software to develop and deploy digital twins for OPT’s flagship platforms, including the PowerBuoy and WAM-V autonomous surface vehicles.

Gunnison Copper Corp (TSX:GCU, OTCQB:GCUMF) announced what it called “encouraging” results from the initial mineralized material sorting test program at its flagship Gunnison Copper Project in Arizona, which could result in significant savings on operating costs.
The multi-asset, pure-play copper developer and producer said sorting tests reduced acid consumption, a key operating cost driver, on the highest acid consuming mineralized material by about 75% while maintaining copper recovery.
