Palo Alto Networks Inc (NYSE:PANW, ETR:5AP) shares moved higher afterhours as the cybersecurity firm reported an earnings beat for the fiscal fourth quarter.

Profit for the quarter was $673 million or $0.95 per share, ahead of estimates of $0.89.

The Trump administration is reportedly in discussions to acquire a roughly 10% stake in Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC, ETR:INL), a move that could make the US government the chipmaker’s largest shareholder, Bloomberg News reported on Monday.

A 10% holding in the American semiconductor giant would be worth around $10 billion.

Soho House (NYSE:SHCO) has agreed to a $2.7 billion deal to return to private ownership, four years after the global network of private members’ clubs went public on the New York Stock Exchange.

Under the terms of the agreement, a group of investors led by US-based MCR Hotels and its chairman and CEO Tyler Morse will acquire outstanding shares not held by certain major shareholders.

Novo Nordisk (NYSE:NVO) shares moved higher on Monday after it was announced that US patients can access its diabetes drug Ozempic at a cheaper price through several platforms, expanding access to the therapy for those who do not have insurance coverage.

Patients can pay $499 in cash per month through the drug’s website, Novo Nordisk’s patient assistance program, the company’s direct-to-consumer online pharmacy and via drug savings platform GoodRx (NASDAQ:GDRX).

C3 Metals Inc (TSX-V:CCCM, OTC:CARCF) announced that it has obtained all regulatory approvals required to begin exploration drilling at its 100%-owned Khaleesi copper-gold project in Peru.

The company said that the approvals cover surface access and drilling agreements with the Cancahuani community, the Declaración de Impacto Ambiental environmental permit, authorization to start exploration activities, and authorization for water use.

Zynex Inc (NASDAQ:ZYXI), a medical technology company specializing in non-invasive devices for pain management, rehabilitation, and patient monitoring, announced the arrival of Steven Dyson as its new CEO, along with the appointment of several senior leaders.

The company announced back in June that Dyson had been selected as incoming CEO. Since that announcement, he and board chairman Thomas Sandgaard have worked with directors to complete appointments in key leadership positions.
