Micron Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MU) shares moved higher afterhours as the firm specializing in memory solutions reported fiscal third quarter earnings that exceeded Wall Street estimates.

Revenue for the three-month period ending May 29 was $9.3 billion, up from $6.8 billion in the year-ago quarter and ahead of estimates of $8.9 billion.

The Metals Company (NASDAQ:TMC) has been upgraded to an ‘Outperform’ rating by Wedbush analysts, who also boosted their price target on the deep sea mining exploration company, citing increased confidence in its long-term growth story.

The analysts upped their price target to $11 from $6. Shares traded up 14.5% at about $7.60 on Wednesday afternoon.

Mullen Automotive Inc (NASDAQ:MULN) announced that it will begin immediately accepting cryptocurrency as a form of payment for its commercial electric vehicles, including Bitcoin and the Trump meme coin.

The company said it is also looking into accepting additional types of crypto, including other popular meme and stablecoins.

Shares of Bumble Inc (NASDAQ:BMBL) jumped 20% on Wednesday after the dating app operator said it would cut roughly 30% of its global workforce in a bid to streamline operations and reinvest in core initiatives.

The layoffs will affect about 240 employees and are expected to generate up to $40 million in annual cost savings, Bumble said in a statement.

General Mills Inc (NYSE:GIS, ETR:GRM) on Wednesday forecast a steeper-than-expected drop in full-year profit, citing weaker demand for snacks and refrigerated baked goods, along with rising costs and tariff pressures that are expected to weigh on margins.

The Cheerios maker said it expects fiscal 2026 adjusted operating income to fall between 10% and 15%, a sharper decline than the 6.5% drop analysts polled by LSEG had estimated. It also projected adjusted earnings per share to decline by the same range, compared with Wall Street's expectation of a 4.8% decrease.

Blackberry (TSX:BB) shares jumped more than 13% in early trade as the cybersecurity firm’s first quarter earnings topped Wall Street estimates.

For the quarter, the company posted revenue of $121.7 million, ahead of estimates of $120 million.

Scancell Holdings PLC (AIM:SCLP, OTC:SCNLF) shares rose 6% on Wednesday after the company began dosing patients in a new arm of its Phase II melanoma trial, marking a key step in the development of its next-generation cancer immunotherapy.

The new cohort, part of the ongoing SCOPE study, will test intradermal delivery and a faster dosing schedule of Scancell’s iSCIB1+ Immunobody therapy in combination with checkpoint inhibitors. The company said the first eight patients were treated without significant side effects.
