The AIM-quoted company said on Thursday it would raise £3 million via a placing of new shares at 33 pence each. The price represents a 2.9% discount to the closing mid-market price of 34 pence on 20 May.

A recent channel sampling campaign conducted by American Rare Earths Ltd has confirmed strong rare earth element mineralisation across the Bluegrass and County Line target areas at the Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project in Wyoming.
“This most recent round of channel samples confirm that the Bluegrass area is a key long-term resource area at Halleck Creek,” CEO Chris Gibbs said.
