IXICO PLC (AIM:IXI, OTC:PHYOF) told investors it expects to report £3.2 million of revenue for the six months to 31 March, up 26% year-on-year.
The neuroscience imaging and biomarker analytics company said its order book reached £13.1 million and its cash balance doubled to £5 million following a capital raise.
"The first half of 2025 has seen IXICO add new global capabilities, talent and innovation,” said Bram Goorden, who became chief executive last August.
“This is resulting in new client wins in targeted disease areas building on our strengthened financial performance at the end of 2024.
“It is rewarding to see our company's position in the thriving space of neurodegenerative disease research and, having recently completed my first 6 months in the company, my conviction has been further strengthened that IXICO and its differentiated technology platform is going to make an accelerated impact in the market."
The company expects to report a narrowed loss – of around £700,000 from £1.3 million in the prior year – when it reports its financial results statement on 20 May.
In London, IXICO shares rose around 8% in Wednesday’s early deals to trade at 8.49p each.
