The analysts previously had a ‘Hold’ rating and a $75 price target on the athletic apparel and footwear brand.
Rivian Automotive Inc (NASDAQ:RIVN) shares slumped more than 7% after the electric vehicle maker was downgraded by Bank of America analysts.
They downgraded Rivian to “Underperform” from “Neutral” and awarded it a $10 price target, down from $13. Shares traded down 7.5% at $12 late morning on Monday.
Robinhood Markets Inc (NASDAQ:HOOD) said the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has concluded its investigation into the trading platform’s cryptocurrency division and has chosen not to pursue any enforcement actions.
The company said it had received a letter from the SEC on Friday advising it of its decision.

Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTCQX:GMGMF) announced on Monday the results of multi-year performance testing of its G Lubricant, a graphene-based additive designed to enhance fuel efficiency in diesel and gasoline engines.
The company said testing conducted over four years, including verification by The University of Queensland, demonstrated that G Lubricant can improve fuel efficiency by up to 8.4% in diesel engines.
