ATOME PLC (AIM:ATOM) has raised an additional £400,000 following a request for more shares from long-term investors following a recent £2.25 million funding round.
The new shares have been issued at 75p, the same price as the recent subscription.
These additional funds will be used to develop ATOME’s portfolio of green fertiliser production projects, said the company, including the 145Mw facility in Villeta, Paraguay.
